Project management
Find the real state of every project waiting for you each morning.
Projects, team requests, workflow templates and SLA tracking.
The problem
Status reports describe the past.
A project called "on track" in the weekly meeting often doesn't match its budget and schedule. By the time the problem shows, it's too late to intervene.
AI in this module
Recomputes project health every day.
- A weighted daily health score from progress, delays, communication, replies, blockers and bugs
- Flags anomalies such as deadlock, wrong direction, deadline risk and resource issues — you mark them right or wrong
- Automatic alerts to the PM and department manager for at-risk and behind projects
What you can do
End-to-end status flow
Proposal → Planning → In progress ⇄ On hold → Completed. Cancellation is final; only an admin can reopen a completed project.
Multi-party start approval
The project starts once the department manager, PM and team leads approve. Approvals pending 48h are reminded, then escalated to the CTO.
Workflow templates
Stages, allowed transitions, SLA hours per stage, points and auto-assignment to a team or leader. Global or per department.
SLA breach tracking
Stages past their SLA are checked hourly; the task owner is notified.
Budget thresholds
Alerts to the PM, department manager and CTO at 75%, 80%, 90% and 100% of budget.
SPI/CPI and close-out
SPI and CPI from real hourly cost; on completion a final cost, SPI and CPI summary plus an early-completion bonus.
Who uses it and how
PM / Quality
Tracks project health, SPI/CPI and SLA breaches on one screen; requests teams.
Department Manager
Approves project starts and team requests, receives risk alerts.
CTO
Watches the whole portfolio through budget and anomaly alerts.
Frequently asked
How is the health score calculated?
Daily, from progress (25%), delays (20%), communication (15%), response time (15%), blockers (15%) and bugs (10%). 90+ is excellent, 70+ on track, 50+ at risk, below 50 behind.
Can we define our own process?
Yes. Workflow templates define stages, allowed transitions and SLAs; departments can also add their own project statuses.
